Start a global cohortThe Home-Market Read — US iOS Panel
$19 per seat, per week
4, 8 or 12-week cohorts. Minimum 5 seats.
The same cohort, run entirely on a US iOS panel — testers who have already finished two cohorts at a high standard and confirmed their identity.
- Everything in the Global Panel
- Seats filled only from the earned US iOS bench
- Priority placement on the warm bench for replacements
- Fifteen percent over-seating absorbed by us on 8 and 12-week cohorts
Bench is small by design. Seats open as testers earn into it.

From $46.80 per seat, per month — global
$70.30 per seat, per month — US iOS
Minimum 10 seats. Cancel anytime.
For teams shipping continuously: the same bench stays on your app month after month, so a change made in March is judged by people who were there in January.
- Ten percent off global rates, seven and a half percent off US iOS
- Roll seats between builds, tiers and apps in your account
- A fresh baseline each time you ship something that changes the experience
- Unused weeks return as credit; credit never expires
Risk reversal
- You are billed only for verified weeks. A week that does not clear the activity gate is not billed to you and is not paid out.
- A seat that goes quiet is replaced from the warm bench within 72 hours. If it is not, that seat's week converts automatically to platform credit — no ticket to open, no email to write.
- Cohorts run on credit. Unused or dropped weeks return to the account as credit and can be spent on any cohort, any tier, at any time. Credit does not expire.
- The one cash exception: if the same seat misses the 72-hour replacement promise twice, the remaining weeks on that seat are refunded in cash on request.
- Fifteen percent over-seating on eight- and twelve-week cohorts, at our cost. Long cohorts lose people. We staff above your seat count and absorb it so your week ten is as full as your week one.
Questions
What happens if a week does not clear the activity gate?
You are not billed for it. Every week is checked against four or more separate days of real use, the moment you named, and a narrated recording before it counts.
What if a seat goes quiet mid-cohort?
It is offered to the replacement bench. If a replacement is not active within 72 hours, that seat’s week converts automatically to platform credit — no ticket, no email.
Does credit expire?
No. Credit from unused or dropped weeks stays on your account and can be spent on any cohort, any tier, at any time.
Is a cash refund ever possible?
Yes, in one case: if the same seat misses the 72-hour replacement promise twice, the remaining weeks on that seat are refunded in cash on request.
Will testers post reviews or ratings for my app?
No. That is contractually forbidden on both sides. What you get is structured weekly reporting, never a public post.
