Appcheckly

Privacy policy

Effective September 10, 2026

This policy describes how Delvir Limited Liability Co. handles information on Appcheckly.

1. Who we are and where data lives

We use exactly five service providers to run Appcheckly, and no others:

  • Neon (Postgres, hosted in the United States) — the application database.
  • Cloudflare R2 — object storage for weekly recordings and screenshots.
  • Stripe — payment processing for creator billing and tester payouts.
  • Resend — sign-in emails.
  • Vercel — application hosting. Vercel logs requests as part of operating the platform; we do not add any analytics or tracking of our own.

2. What creators can and cannot see

A creator never receives a tester's name, email address, country, or opaque identifier — only a seat label such as "Seat 3." A creator sees a tester's weekly recording, screenshot, scorecard, and written responses only for the app the creator is paying to test.

3. What we collect

Account information (email, and for testers, country and device information given at onboarding); the weekly recordings, screenshots, and written responses a tester submits; activity events a creator's app sends us about a tester's use of that app, identified only by an opaque per-app identifier; payment and payout information processed by Stripe; and identity-verification information collected once, before a tester's first payout.

4. Retention

Recordings and screenshots are kept for the life of the cohort plus 180 days, after which they are deleted. We do not publish a shorter retention promise than what our systems enforce.

5. Cookies and analytics

Appcheckly sets one session cookie, used only to keep you signed in. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

6. We do not sell personal information

Delvir Limited Liability Co. does not sell personal information, as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months.

7. GDPR — basis and rights

For users in the European Economic Area, our basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you (running your cohort or your tester seat) and our legitimate interest in operating the service securely. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting us at the address below.

8. Children

Appcheckly is not directed at children, and testers must be at least 18 years old. Under-18s may not register as testers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, in compliance with COPPA.

9. Your choices

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We will delete or anonymize your personal information except where we are required to retain it — for example, financial records related to a payment or payout.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after posting, and the effective date above will change.
